1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using taxjet.co (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and prospective clients. Use of our professional tax services is governed separately by your signed engagement letter.

2. Who We Are

TaxJet LLC is a U.S. international tax preparation and advisory firm registered in the State of Washington. Our services are provided by Renee Mizrahi, an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

3. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site

  • Impersonate any person or entity

4. No Tax Advice: Circular 230 Disclosure

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tax advice.

5. Professional Relationship

A professional relationship between you and TaxJet LLC is established only upon execution of a signed engagement letter. No such relationship is created by:

  • Visiting or browsing this Site

  • Submitting a contact form or inquiry

  • Downloading a lead magnet or resource

  • Communicating via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel prior to signing an engagement letter

6. Authorized IRS e-file Provider

TaxJet LLC is an IRS Authorized e-file Provider. Electronic filing of tax returns is subject to IRS regulations and your signed Form 8879 (IRS e-file Signature Authorization). We will not electronically file any return without your signed authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TaxJet LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. TaxJet LLC does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxJet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, even if TaxJet LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of this Site shall not exceed $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
