TaxJet LLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients and prospective clients who have opted in to receive messages.

Customers provide their phone number through the contact form at taxjet.co/contact and confirm consent by checking a box before submitting the form. This field is optional and is not required to use TaxJet’s services.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any TaxJet service.

Message types include: appointment reminders, document requests, filing status updates, and general client communication.

Up to 10 messages during return preparation. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
